Cockles’ own Aquavit, infused with dill and cardamom
Västerbottenspaj canapés topped with pink caviar
Tartar of Folkestone Lobster and oysters with Kentish apples and mussels
Smoked sea trout with pea puree, charred gem lettuce, Swedish Maximus cheese and pressed cucumber
Chilled Buttermilk Soup and kammerjunker
