Learn how to make cocktails with tuition from an expert cocktail maker from Edwards Deli & Wine. You will learn how to make a classic Mojito, a Margarita or a Negroni and Edwards' special signature cocktail.

All ingredients provided and you will of course get to enjoy the cocktails that you create!

Edwards Deli & Wine

Edwards is an independent deli & wine bar located at 4 Pillory Street, Nantwich. By day the deli counter offers freshly made sandwiches along with homemade baked bread. A range of chilled goods are available for dine in or take away including house marinated olives, dips and daily sweet treats. The bar boasts a range of carefully chosen beverages including fine wines, classic cocktails & boutique beers served in a relaxed environment. The bar menu has a selection of snacks including sliced to order cured meats, local cheeses and homemade dips.

From 29th -31st August 2025 the Nantwich Food Festival will transform our picturesque town centre into a food lovers’ paradise. Located across three sites, we’re bringing marquees filled with top quality food and drink from producers all across Cheshire, Great Britain and beyond.

As one of the UK’s largest free to enter food festivals, our 3-day event brings together the best of talent and produce. Local heroes and celebrity Chefs from across the county offer unmissable live cooking demonstrations, and our 2 live music stages deliver an eclectic line-up ensuring there’s something for everyone. For the younger visitors, be sure to check-out our Kids’ Corner with activities, arts and crafts, and keep an eye out for our fabulous street entertainers!

Join our popular food walking tours to learn more about historic Nantwich and sample some of its delights. Or our Cookalong sessions where you can join masterclasses with trained chefs and prepare delicious recipes and cocktails - with only 12 spaces per session these are going to fill up fast!
