Welcome and grounding practices, a sacred pause, time for sharing and reflecting, journalling practices, guided journeys and meditations.

A space for women who long to reclaim their power, their time, and their sense of self. It is for those who seek solace amidst the chaos, a stepping stone into the world of self-care and well-being. Who want a space to connect, to themselves and others.
What you will need:
Bring with you whatever brings you comfort –
Some suggestions which are all optional, the warmth of a cozy blanket, the embrace of your favourite pair of pyjamas. Surround yourself with home comforts and create a space that nurtures your soul. Snuggle up with a hot water bottle if you wish, cradle your favourite mug, and prepare to embark on a transformative experience. A journal to capture what flows through you. Water for hydration.

About Your Guides:
Your spaceholders, Hannah & Katy first connected in November
2019. The reason they did was because they were seeking something more from friendship circles in their lives. They wanted to find deeper connection with like-minded people.
Sitting across from each other that day cemented a connection neither of them had felt before. One so genuine and authentic.
Stripped back strangers. They felt they could uncover anything and the other person would listen, without judgement.
They want to help others find this, within themselves and with others, in a sacred space where they feel comfortable to share and unveil their true thoughts and feelings.
Katy is an Usui & Angelic Reiki Holy Fire Master & a Somatic Shamanism and Energy Medicine Practitioner.
Hannah is an experiential designer, founder of the Sober Butterfly Collective and co-founder of BOLD AF Events, curates meaningful gatherings to connect people without alcohol.
