Description

Code Clubs are organised by Derby Libraries and delivered by trained knowledgeable volunteers. Each club runs as a structured course for up to 20 weeks. Children learn the basics of computer programming using Scratch, including how to create simple computer games and animations.

Children attending must be aged from 9 to 13 years at the start of the course and must be a member of Derby Libraries.

The course will run on Saturday mornings from 10.30 to 11.30am, during term time beginning 7 April 2018. It will finish on Saturday 21 July 2018.


When booking a place please give the child’s name, date of birth and library card number along with the name email address and phone number(s) of their parent or carer.

We will contact the child’s parent or carer to confirm their child’s place.
