Code club is a nationwide network of volunteers and educators who run free coding clubs for children aged 9-11 to build and share their ideas, learning along the way.
The projects are easy to follow step-by-step guides which help children learn Scratch, HTML & CSS and Python by making games, animations, and websites. Find out more at the Code Club website https://www.codeclub.org.uk/
There will be six sessions lasting an hour each with a code club volunteer supported by a member of the library staff on Thursdays finishing on 24th November.
Children will need to bring a memory stick to save their work. Headphones will be provided but children may bring their own if preferred.
There will be no break for half term.
