Description

Come to Code Club!

Do you have a favourite computer game? Would you like to learn how to make your own computer games? At Code Club you can learn how to make cool games and animations!

Code Club is a nationwide network of free volunteer-led after school coding clubs for children aged 9-11. Join Code Club volunteers at Market Harborough Library and Museum and learn how to program your own interactive stories, games and animations using Scratch programming language.

The Code Club will take place weekly on Wednesday afternoons between 4.00pm - 5.00pm. The club will start from Wednesday 26th April 2017 and run for 6 weeks during term time. Children are strongly encouraged to attend all six sessions so that they can benefit from taking part in all the projects we will be doing together over the full six weeks.

The 6 code club sessions will take place on the following dates:

- Wednesday 26th April 2017, 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 3rd May 2017, 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 10th May 2017, 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 17th May 2017, 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 24th May 2017, 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 7th June 2017, 4.00pm - 5.00pm

Please note that there will be no Code Club on Wednesday 31st May 2017 due to half term.
