Are you ready to embrace your sensitivity as a strength and create a life that truly lights you up?Join a small group of like-minded people for a relaxed and nurturing coaching session designed to help you find clarity, overcome feeling stuck, and connect with others who understand your journey.
This session is for you if:
- You feel unsure about your life’s direction or possibilities.
- You’re stuck in your relationships, career, or life and can’t see a way forward.
- You want to meet new people in a warm, supportive space.
- You’re curious about the power of coaching.
- You’d love to take a break in nature and connect with yourself and others.
What to Expect:
🌟 10:00 AM Start: Meet us at The Boston Tea Party, Cheswick Village (ask at the counter if you can’t find us).
🌟 Group Coaching Session: Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Bring a notepad if you’d like!
🌟 Optional Nature Walk: After the session, join us for a walk in Stoke Park to reflect, refresh, and connect.
🌟 Parking: Free 2-hour parking near the venue or plenty of spaces on nearby side streets.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. There is a free car park opposite the venue but this is limited to 2 hours. There is also plenty of street parking.
If you'd like, bring a notepad and pen for jotting down any ideas. I will also bring pens and paper.
Wear clothes suitable to the weather and footwear that you are happy to walk in, the paths can be muddy if it has been wet. We will walk in Stoke Park Estate where there are pathed or woodland paths. If you are uncomfortable walking through the woods, let me know and we can re-route.
