Coffee & Catch Up (Friday 28th November at 2pm)

Whether it's gardening, football, or cats - if its important to you, it’s important to us!

Each session is open to anyone with a diagnosis of cardiomyopathy or affected by cardiomyopathy. The session is hosted by members of the charity's Community Peer Support Volunteer Team.

Our sessions are password-protected and anything you share will be kept 100% confidential.

The session will take place online - details of the link and password needed to login will be emailed to your nearer to the event date.
