Coffee Morning BIPC Brighton with Consumer Psychology & Marketing Expert

The BIPC Coffee Mornings are relaxed in-person networking sessions for informal conversation and meeting of like-minded people and possible new business connections.

Taking place monthly in the Business & IP Centre in Jubilee Library, they're great if you know what we do, or if you're new to the Business & IP Centre. You'll get to hear about what free events are coming up, meet other people, and make connections. At this relaxed morning session, we'll let the conversation flow.

Our guest speaker this month is Alessandro Calzolari, BIPC expert in Consumer Psychology and Marketing. Consumer psychology studies why people buy things they like; Alessandro uses emotional intelligence (EQ) to improve how businesses communicate with their customers, helping to build stronger customer loyalty and engagement.

What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing bipc@brighton-hove.co.uk.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
