Join us for a relaxed Coffee Morning with Essex Police, featuring a friendly and informative Fraud & Scam Prevention Talk.

We’re delighted to welcome Tammy Blest, Fraud Prevention Co-ordinator for North Essex, who will be sharing practical advice on how to spot and avoid common scams.

This session is open to everyone and will be delivered in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment—whether you’re looking to protect yourself or help a loved one, you’re very welcome to join.
