🎤 About the Host:
Timothy Lang is the Head of Delivery and an Exceptional Individuals Coach, bringing 8 years of lived coaching experience to his role supporting neurodivergent individuals. He specialises in adapted process models for learning and skills development, alongside conversational coaching methods.
As Head of Delivery, Timothy oversees the delivery and decision-making for Needs Assessments, Employee Support, Coaching, and Mentoring, while also leading the Audits team. His work, deeply informed by his personal experience with Dyslexia and traits of ASD, focuses on post-hiring support and maintaining high engagement with internal teams, employees, self-employed individuals, and direct clients, always emphasising appropriateness, perseverance, and individuality.
