Do I have to join all six sessions?

To get the most value out of the programme, you should try to attend all six sessions live. This will enable you to participate fully in the conversations, build relationships within your cohort, and maximise your learning.

I've been a people manager for a few years, but never had any formal training - would this help me?

Absolutely! It's never too late to build your skills as an effective people manager, and our small cohorts mean we can tailor our content to our participants' needs.

Will the sessions be recorded?

We find that people are able to share their experiences more freely when they aren't being recorded, so to enable great discussion, we won't be recording the sessions. If you miss a session, you can book a "top up" with one of our facilitators who can run through what you've missed.
