Coil Fitters’ Forum

The session will be run using MS Teams and consist of presentations and case discussion and the opportunity to submit questions using the 'chat' function.

Cancellations and updating registration information: If your contact details change or you want to amend your booking, please log in to Eventbrite to make any changes. If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 (sometimes an emergency can change your ability to attend the session, so please let us know the reason for your cancellation).

If you do not receive an invite, please check your junk mail before emailing SHS.training@nuh.nhs.uk (this needs to be sent at least 24hrs before the event).

Netiquette

We aim for this to be a valuable, participatory learning experience that will support you in the delivery of high quality evidence based care to your patients. For you to achieve the maximum benefits of attending this course we would like you to follow our group rules below:

• Join the meeting a little earlier to ensure a prompt start

• Ensure that you have a working lap top with camera and audio

• If you are training with colleagues, please ensure rooms are booked prior to the event and that you have adequate space to social distance and will not be interrupted

• Mute Microphones if not talking

• If Wi-Fi is low you may be asked to switch your cameras to off mode unless you are talking

• Do not take screen shots or record sessions

• Ensure confidentiality and safety of any patients that you may discuss. Do not use any patient identifiable information

• Be polite and civil and respect other’s opinions

• Use the group chat or raise your MST hand to ask a question

• Please make sure that you log out of the call at the end of the session

• Please do not share the invite link with others
