Study Support Sessions
This session forms part of a series of free study support sessions available to Short Courses students at the Centre for Open Learning. Sessions will cover a range of topics, designed to familiarise students with the systems and processes available to credit students. Students are encouraged to attend a variety of sessions which suit their needs.
Studying for Credit
Starting any new course of study with the University of Edinburgh may involve using our systems for learning, communication and support. Our study session is designed to make this process a little less daunting.
Students enrolled on credit courses use the same systems as all University students. These include matriculation, email, online course information, feedback and assessment. Non-credit students are also welcome to come along as they may also need to access some of these systems on occasion.
