About this event
Bruntingthorpe Cold War Jets Museum is welcoming visitors to the first collection wide event of 2024.
Following nearly three years of closure to visitors we would like to welcome all of our supporters old and new to be part of this out second Open Day season.
With the move to the new location, situated around the RAF Wattisham Lightning QRA Sheds completed. We are able to host a regular Cold War Jets event, last year proved great for the museum and very successfully completed two full collection days.

Under 16s are free with accompanying adults only
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No dogs etc
Failure to abide by the below T&Cs will require you to leave the event immediately, no refund will be paid.
All directions from event staff will be followed
No Hi visibility clothing (to allow event staff to be easily identified)
No alcohol or drugs
No smoking/ vaping anywhere on site
No anti-social behaviour or harassment
The event staff reserve the right to conduct vehicle/person or bag searches to prevent theft and ensure everyone’s safety
Be respectful to all present at the event, including staff and exhibits on display. Most of them are very old and require a lot of TLC (yes this includes the staff)
Report any security/safety concerns to event staff immediately
While the event team will do all they can to ensure your safety, running jet aircraft are dangerous, you are responsible for your own well-being and safety.
