Come in and see how we can condense a 12-Week programme where employees across the business are challenged in health and wellbeing towards both fitness and business-oriented goals. The programme normally culminates in a bespoke group challenge, but in this session, we'll look at how you can bring it to life.
We educate individuals with little or no experience of regular exercise and/or healthy eating, encouraging them to introduce simple exercise goals and nutritional guidelines into their daily routine. This leads them on a journey towards a healthier, fitter lifestyle. During the process individuals are also encouraged to build closer working relationships with other participants on the programme and are challenged to reassess their working practices and aspirations.
In a sit down/stand up session you can go through your own situation with Rory, and analyse areas of development, and look at how you can be smarter in your approach to business. See how you can make the transition from Average to Awesome!
