As customers become more savvy and vocal, complaints present an enormous and increasing challenge for all organisations. Getting the experience right is vital to retaining customers and ensuring they influence others positively.

Customer Whisperers bring you a unique way of developing Customer Experience professionals on the topic of Complaints. You will be inspired by fresh approaches and meet people grappling with similar challenges.You will be motivated and challenged with new ideas and thinking. Learn from others' success, get an injection of Cutomer Whisperers best practice and fastrack complaints performance improvement.

Collaboration takes place in a group of approximately 12 people from companies in a variety of sectors. Previous Collaborators include Boohoo, Odeon, National Express, Redrow, Direct Line, Vodafone, Royal Sun Alliance, Sykes Cottages, United Utilities, Electricity North West, Macmillan Cancer Support, Tesco Mobile, O2, Onward Homes, Ombudsman Services and many more.

This is a series of 3 events that all take place in the North West region, the price includes all 3 sessions and a light lunch/refreshments.
