Collaborate: Out of Your Comfort Zone
This is an interactive workshop designed to help individuals identify their boundaries, stretch out of their comfort zone and on, into their future. Understanding that doing something different can be terrifying and exciting in equal measure, this learning supports HR professionals in identifying when they and others are out of their comfort zones and how they can transform a challenging experience into transformational growth. Collaborate isn’t just the name of the organisation, it is the way they work. They believe in people focused success, enabling organisations to develop and grow through their people. Their work focuses on organisational change and transformation. Their intellectually inquisitive style is utilised to understand how you work now and work with you to define the future. Their solutions include organisation design and development, board and leadership development through executive coaching and mentoring and the creation of employee engagement strategies.
They are accredited to deliver TMSDI Team Management System.
Pushing yourself to do something completely different can be exciting and terrifying in equal measure. However, being out of your comfort zone can provide some of the most valued learning in your career.
This workshop aims to:
- Share the experience of an out of function, overseas assignment which provided some career defining moments
- Develop an appreciation of the organisation infrastructure required to support such learning experiences and the impact on the HR function as a result
- Energise the delegates to look at their own careers, to identify opportunities to step out of their comfort zone
