If you have to work with anyone else at any point in your professional life, this course is for you! We will be discussing productivity tips for modern small-to-medium sized businesses, including how to collaborate remotely, how to hold effective meetings that get the job done, our top tools for managing a 2+ person team and much more. Join us for this workshop to learn how to structure your business operations so you stay productive and generate revenue.

This is a fully funded workshop and as a requirement we will need to prove your eligibility. You will be asked a series of questions which is only used to register and access the funding for this workshop. This information will only be used for these purposes only and will only be shared with the ESF (European Social Fund) and ESFA (Education Skills Funding Agency). On the day you will be asked to complete a quick skills check which is a funding requirement and will only take 10 minutes.
