Everything about work changed in early 2020, exacerbating the change and volatility that already existed with digitisation, alternative business models, environmental issues, globalisation and deglobalisation. In this post-pandemic and hybrid world adaptability, skills development, critical thinking and collaboration are crucial. Learning and development is no longer just about training and “tick box” digital learning.
We believe that effective organisational learning happens when everyone is involved in learning, all the time. By approaching every dimension of organisational life as an opportunity to learn collectively, the effectiveness of everyone in the workplace is enhanced. It is this belief that has underpinned our learning process for the last 75 years.
How do you use learning as a tool to strengthen networks and increase collaboration?
What do digital learning tools bring to learning and learners?
What are some of the ways to transfer learning from the intervention back into the organisation?
Join us at our Organisational Learning Navigator Forum where we will explore how collaboration in digital learning can boost learning and have a positive effect on your teams.
- Collaboration as a learning tool
- Collaborative learning in organisations
- Learning as a tool for collaboration
You will hear and learn from each other’s successes and experiences in a facilitated discussion forum. And you will takeaway tips on increasing collaboration inside of learning, how increased collaboration can also boost learning impact and how you can transform learning itself into a creative collaboration tool.
This is a free of charge event for leaders, HR, L&D and OD Professionals.
