This session will demonstrate some of the advanced features in MS Teams that can be used for group activities and improving engagement.
Please be aware you need to be comfortable using the basic functions of MS teams or have already attended the MS Teams basics session hosted by the Business Support Team
This is a one hour session which covers the following:
- Downloading MS Forms App
- How to Draft & Launch Polls within a meeting
- Creating Breakout Rooms
- Moving Participants between Breakouts
- Making announcements, Allocating participants automatically or manually
- Creating Whiteboards
- Using multiple whiteboards
- Sharing and saving whiteboards
