Description

Collaborations & Connections: From an Actors perspective with SCRIPT'ED.

A practical workshop looking at what it takes to bring people together and develop work.

What work inspires you? Who do you want to work with, how can you make that happen, and why is it important for your career?

ABOUT SCRIPT'ED:

SCRIPT'ED was co-founded in November 2018 by London-based actors Emma James and Aimée Cassettari.

They are a new writing company, that creates opportunities for emerging writers to develop their work in it's most earliest form, by connecting them with emerging creatives and giving them the necessary resources to take their work to the next stage.

ABOUT AIMEE & EMMA:

Aimée is an actor, facilitator and co-founder of SCRIPT'ED. A graduate of Birmingham University and The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She has worked in both theatre and film since graduating. Recent credits include: The American Dream 2.0 (The Young Vic), Last Night in Soho (Edgar Wright/Big Smoke Pictures), BBC Doctors.

Aimee formed SCRIPT'ED in November 2018, alongside actor Emma James, to forge connections with emerging creatives and give a platform to facilitate the R&D phase of new writing.

Emma is an actor and co founder of SCRIPT'ED. She is a graduate of Rose Bruford College and has predominantly worked in theatre since graduating. Credits include: Human Emotional Process (The Arts Theatre); Dog Day (The Park Theatre); Start Swimming (The Young Vic/Edinburgh Fringe Festival at Summerhall); Kings ( The New Diorama) and 17 (The Vaults Festival 2019).

She is thrilled to be working with Aimee on SCRIPT'EDs first ARTS COUNCIL ENGLAND funded project of 'I Ain't Dumb' by Tom Wright this summer.
