These sessions will provide you with an insight into the key principles and features of effective collaboration, offer a roadmap for understanding how to nurture effective collaboration and to increase confidence in leading collaboratively within your own setting.

This will also be an ideal opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across Tayside who are also leading and managing ELC settings.

Outcomes:

• You will have a deeper understanding of collaboration, the challenges and the leadership practices that support collaboration and build collective efficacy.

• You will have reflected on your own practice and setting and will have identified steps you can take to enhance collaboration within your setting.
