DVSC and Denbighshire Council invite you to join us in creating and delivering innovative ways to support people in Denbighshire into work. Our upcoming workshops, led by Mark Richardson, an experienced facilitator, will provide a collaborative space to develop practical project ideas that have the potential to be fully funded by the Trailblazer employability programme.

We are keen to work with 3rd Sector organisations to map excluded groups and identify and analyse barriers to employment. Together, we’ll explore creative interventions, and workshop delegates will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite ideas.

By the end of the workshop, the group will have collectively agreed on five promising ideas, and we will be seeking partnerships of 3rd Sector organisations to take these forwards. This year’s Trailblazer funding will support the facilitation of these events, partnership building, and idea development. Once funding has been confirmed for next year, the selected projects will be able to commence.

Unwaith y bydd cyllid wedi’i gadarnhau ar gyfer y flwyddyn nesaf, bydd y prosiectau a ddewisir yn gallu dechrau.Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at weithio gyda’n gilydd i wneud gwahaniaeth gadarn yn ein cymuned.
