Join us for a creative, hands-on session where art meets mindfulness! In this workshop, we’ll explore the power of positive affirmations—short, uplifting statements that help reframe your mindset, boost self-confidence, and invite joy into your daily life.
Through the practice of collage-making, you’ll design a personalised piece of art that blends imagery, color, and affirming words to inspire and encourage you. No artistic experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an openness to play.
Positive affirmations are more than just “feel-good” phrases. When practiced regularly, they can quiet self-doubt, strengthen resilience, and create a mindset of possibility. By pairing them with creative expression, you’ll leave with not only a meaningful artwork, but also a tool for self-care and empowerment.
