Collective action for collective impact: working together for young people
Wed 17 May 2017, 14:00 – 17:00 BST
The Centre for Youth Impact, NPC and UK Youth are hosting an event to explore how collective impact approaches can be implemented in the UK in order to improve outcomes for young people.
Having secured funding from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation to test the potential of practical support to advance collective impact in the UK, we would like to invite you to participate in the next stage of development. This will take place in London on Wednesday 17th May, 2-5pm, at Platform, Hornsey Road Baths, 2 Tiltman Place, off Hornsey Road, London N7 7EE.
Join us to take part in a focussed consultation with other leading sector bodies and representatives. We are looking for participants who have a commitment to the principles of collective impact practice. At the event, you will have the opportunity to input into plans, and find out more about the opportunity to join a formal national steering group. This group will provide ongoing support and mobilise a series of local-level initiatives to work collectively toward achieving better outcomes with and for young people.
In order to explore the feasibility of collaborative action and gauge commitment from key stakeholders, we need to involve people who hold insight in their area of work and are committed to the principles of collective impact. Please share information about this event with anyone you think may be interested in this area of work.
We hope you’re able to make it. If you can’t attend the workshop, but want to remain involved in the mailing list for this project, you can register your interest through this Eventbrite form.
