Collective Impact in Prisons: The Power of Collaboration
Over the past couple of years practitioners from the ORSC UK Community have been collaborating with Spark Inside – a charity that brings coaching to prisons – to transform rehabilitation efforts in the Criminal Justice System.
Join ORSC practitioners Nairy McMahon (CRR UK) and Lola Fayemi (Spark Inside) on Tuesday 9 May to learn more about this pioneering collaboration and the impact of Spark’s work in prisons – in particular through a process called “Deep Democracy”, facilitated by ORSC practitioners.
In the session we will use ORSC tools to explore:
- Systemic awareness – understanding the concept and dynamics of “myth change” when things are changing so dramatically in the wider systems around us, in turn having an impact on the Criminal Justice System and on each of us personally
- Systemic evolution – how do we cross our own edges to let go of what is “known” and stay tuned to what is emerging to access innovation
Please arrive at 6.30pm for prompt start at 7pm
£10 nominal fee to cover room and refreshments
