Event description
Do you need time to think? Space to be yourself? Or just the opportunity to catch up with yourself?

About this Event

What is it like to know that the very fact that we are here on the earth at this time is enough to give us confidence in our being? To know that there is no agenda. That there is no need to fix ourselves or other people. There is space to turn up, as you are and practice the art of hanging out with yourself in the company of others.

This is a restorative space to be yourself and get in touch with our collective wisdom about how to be in the world at this time. Collective wisdom arises when we are in connection: it depends on being able to function from a consciousness that includes “all of us”. When we act from here, learning, creativity and collaboration spill forth spontaneously.

  • We will practice aligning ourselves with where we are at, getting curious and leaning into what arises by learning to suspend our usual patterns of judgement.
  • Redirecting our attention to what is new, and what is emerging at the edge of perception gives us potential access to alternative ways to be and to turn.

This work is based on reflective practice and social presencing theatre.

There are three sessions which together form a whole. You can attend one or all of them. You can pay full price or whatever you can at this time.

30 September: Aligning ourselves: This is an opportunity to practice tuning in to our bodies and collective wisdom and aligning head, heart and hands. This gives us greater access to our individual and collective wisdom.

28 October: Getting Curious: What happens when we get really curious about what is happening on the edge of our awareness, of what our bodies might be telling us? About the space and time we occupy?

25 November: Accessing Collective Wisdom: Redirecting attention: When we get curious, we lean both into our inner resources and also redirect our attention towards new possibilities open up.

All sessions take place 19.00-21.00 (Irish time zone)
