Collective Yes community conversation and workshop

COLLECTIVE YES is a ground level and rising movement , including creatives, promoters and party people. We cultivate a shared vision to shift harmful behaviours in our party space. We do this by promoting a proactive culture in night time spaces: empowering staff to recognise when people behave in dodgy ways; inviting people who behave in harmful ways to work to change their behaviour, including party people through contributing to make the changes happen through conversations, understanding and interventions.

We want to share our experiences and learning - and hear about yours.

The conversation will explore how harm happens then we'll workshop ideas and ways for people in the community to be part of interventions and support change. Everyone's invited!
