Event description
Join us for a collaborative session where we'll discuss and organise funding sources and potential partnerships for community projects.

About this event

Knowing where to look for funding and support is often unclear. Adding dots on a map visually demystifies the fundraising process.

Solen who will facilitate this workshop is an arts project manager, curator and fundraiser and is currently developing Anam Cara. Working at the intersection of art, space and fairer economies, Anam Cara imagines a more equitable and open culture sector. She will share her top tips to empower you to fundraise locally through relationship-building with local authorities, charities, businesses and community groups.

Who it’s aimed at:

This workshop is aimed at anyone interested in fundraising to support a project, R&D, or sustain their practice. It’s appropriate for anyone currently working on fundraising or who plans to.

We will discuss examples local to Finsbury Park/Haringey/Islington, replicable beyond when working at a local scale.
