Sue is looking for a diverse range of people to participate in a FREE creative screen-printing session turning the Vacancy Atlas space into a colourful, playful, conversational pop-up print studio.

Sue will invite participants to create expressing their thoughts and ideas. This will culminate in an exhibition showcasing the unique artistic talents of the people involved. Everyone will get to take home a piece of art they have made.

Where: Vacancy Atlas, 107 Cornwall Street, Plymouth, PL1 1PA.

The Vacancy Atlas building is wheelchair friendly with level access from the Cornwall Street entrance. Blue badge parking is available in the area. Toilet facilities are at the Market Square entrance in the Plymouth Market Hall, great lunch options too.

Sessions available:

Wednesday 21 September: Creative screen-print session 11.30-3pm

Thursday 22 September: Creative screen-print session 11.30-3pm

Friday 23 September: Creative screen-print session 11.30-3pm

Saturday 24 September: Exhibition private view with refreshments from 12-2pm

All sessions include breaks—up to six participants (plus carers) in each session.

Sue Lewry is the founder of Colossal - an innovative mobile screen-print workshop; you can find out more on Instagram @colossal_by_suelewry. Local artist Lawrence Brennan and Designer-Maker Farrah Seyedi will assist Sue in the sessions.

This project is suitable for people over the age of 11 years old. We welcome people from all walks of life; this includes disabled and non-disabled people and people with long-term health conditions (LTHC) and hidden disabilities.
