Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Whilst we are on the ground floor at street level, there is a small step up into the studio. If you have any questions or you need assistance, please email hello@lovefromjxy.com and we'd be happy to help.

Are tickets refundable?

If you can no longer attend, tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event takes place. Within 7 days no refund will be issued. Please email hello@lovefromjxy.com if you need to cancel or change names on your ticket(s).

I can no longer attend, can you send me my colouring book?

Accepted Answer

No - if you can no longer attend please tell us no later than 7 days before the event date and your ticket will then be refunded. You can purchase Love From JXY products from www.lovefromjxy.com including all colouring books.

Where is the venue?

JXY Studios, 173 The Rock, Bury, BL9 0NE. A short walk from Bury Interchange tram stop, various bus stops, and several car parks nearby. We recommend Paradise Mill car park directly behind the studio which you can find on the RingGo app.
