COLOUR IN THE LANDSCAPE

Explore colour in the landscape in this mixed-media course combining oil-paint monotype printing and photography. Designed for both beginners and experienced artists, this 6-week course encourages playful experimentation, personal interpretation and a deeper understanding of how colour shapes our experience of place.

On the course, you’ll learn how to print with oil paint on a printing plate and experiment with different techniques. We will look at a range of artists to support our work and complete some photographic exercises to help inform our work. You’ll also have the freedom to develop your own visual language while receiving guided support in technique, composition and creative decision making.
