Are you a postnatal mum or dad? Then this workshop is for you! We all have a story or two that we may often share, whether it's good or bad, so why not be creative with it! This event is a safe space that celebrates you and is designed to inspire and empower you.

Discover the magic of sharing your birth experiences with others who understand and appreciate the journey. Through engaging discussions, mindfulness, insightful talks, and creative activities, we will explore the many facets of birth stories from the positive emotions to the challenges.

Don't worry, you don't have to be an artist, just expect to have lots of fun as you create with pencils, crayons, paint or colages and network with other parents!

So, come and experience this memorable event that will help you embrace and colour your birth story in a way that is uniquely yours!
