If the answer is "Yes", there's a good chance that you're not looking forward to them - few people do.
But for some, whether their tests are academic or professional, written or practical, the mere thought of having to take them is truly daunting. In some case the fear itself can prevent you from studying properly, efficiently storing the information learned or recalling it under pressure.
Trust me, I know. It was exam stress that led me to seek the help of a hypnotherapist myself over ten years ago. It was a result of my success, following that treatment, that I decided to train as a hypnotherapist myself.
These two and a half hour workshops are fun and informative. I will show you;

How that adversely affects your ability to learn, store and recall facts and skills and
What YOU can do to help yourself when necessary.
The cost of the workshop includes refreshments and a specifically tailored relaxtion CD to take away.
There are four dates available with sessions run in the morning and afternoon (so you can fit in around family, sport and other commitments).
