Event description
Join us for a fabulous day singing the hit songs from the musical Grease! If you love to sing, You're The One That We Want!

About this Event

Following the success of our The Sound of Music and ABBA Come and Sing events, we are delighted to welcome Ben Parry back to Edinburgh to conduct a fabulous concert to the hit songs from the musical Grease.

Whether you’re a T-bird greaser, a fabulous Pink Lady, or just enjoy a good sing-along, then this event is for you!

You’ll rehearse with a live band and soloists before performing an early evening concert to an audience Hopelessly Devoted to You. And don’t forget our Rydell High fancy dress competition!

Ben Parry has a busy career as a composer, conductor, arranger, singer and producer in both classical and light music fields. He is Artistic Director of the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, Assistant Director of Music at King’s College, Cambridge and co-director of London Voices, with whom he has worked on the soundtracks of many major films, including The Hobbit, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games and Spectre. His compositions and arrangements have been heard at the BBC Proms and on the hit TV series, Glee. Previously resident in Scotland, Ben co-founded The Dunedin Consort and was Director of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus.
