Normal gym clothing and a light waterproof top if it is raining. Bring a change of clothing. Changing rooms with showers are nearby.

We don't aim to do a capsize drill but it is possible that you may capsize accidentlally.

Will i need a buoyancy aid?

We will supply buoyancy aids and all equipment.
