Come along to Peak Performance and try Pilates for only £3! We're launching a new mat based pilates class that's suitable for everyone. Come and have a go before signing up to regular sessions and see how pilates can help you. Pilates is a gentle, full body strengthening system that centre around the fundamental principles of control, breathing, alignment, precision, concentration, flow and integration. It's perfect for anyone wanting to increase their strength and flexibility through a low impact workout, and is suitable for most people regardless of fitness levels. Instructor Kate will be on hand to answer any questions you might have before and after the event. Enjoy a 1 hour pilates session with an optional guided relaxation to finish. Discounts will be available for pilates membership options for those who come along on the day. Places are limited to 8, so booking is essential.
