Held in the grounding calm of Highgate Woods, this intimate gathering is designed to help you:

👶 Babies welcome (in arms or slings) although we urge you to carve out this space just for you if you can

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my kids along?

Babies are welcome (in buggies / slings / arms) - otherwise to ensure that you (and others) get the most from this time we invite you to come on your own and create some space to focus on YOU 

Am I obliged to 'share' during the sessions?

You are welcome to share as much or as little as you want or need to. You are welcome to come and listen and witness others, to present a relevant discussion topic to the group or join conversations as and when the urge arises! This is a no pressure zone! Just come as you are!

Are there toilets on site?

Yes Highgate Woods has fully serviced toilets and baby changing facilities on site.

What if the weather is bad?

As long as conditions are safe to be in the woods, the 'show' will go on whatever the weather! We will ensure that all activities are hosted in appropriate zones of the wood that suit the weather conditions on the day.

I'm a bit nervous to come by myself...will I be ok?

Numbers have been kept purposefully cosy so that the experience is as welcoming and inviting as possible. Introductions will be facilitated at the beginnning. Inclusivity, kindness and openness will be at the heart of this experience.

Will I get an opportunity for any 1:1 coaching support?

While this is not a space for in depth coaching support, we have limited spaces to ensure that we have time to chat with everyone individually and collectively during the morning. Should you require deeper support beyond the scope of the event, we will be happy to share options with you.

Where can I park?

For free on-street parking check out Onslow Gardens, Woodland Gardens, Woodland Rise and Cranley Gardens. There is paid parking on Muswell Hill Road. Highgate underground station (Northern line) is a 7 minute walk away plus several bus routes that pass the woods.
