This six-week online journey will support you to come home to yourself, through the power of conscious breathwork, guided self-reflection, sacred community and compassionate somatic healing.
When life gets loud, we can lose touch with our own inner voice. This course helps you quiet the noise, move past overwhelm and listen again, to the deep knowing that already lives inside you.
Release what’s been weighing you down and reclaim the energy you’ve been pouring into other people, projects or responsibilities. You’re allowed to put yourself first; in fact, it’s essential. This is your time to slow down, soften, and gently breathe new life into your heart and soul.

- Wednesdays 7-8.30pm
- including somatic practices/guided inquiry exercises/discussion
🧘 12x 30-minute live morning meditation + journalling sessions
- every Monday and Friday, 7-7.30`am
💡 A two-hour breathwork and somatic workshop to end the course
- at the end of week 6 (Wednesday 7-9pm)
💫 Zoom recordings of all workshops + meditation sessions
- to watch the replays if you can't make it live

Throughout all of this, you’ll be held in a safe, compassionate space, rooted in trauma-informed support, deep personal practice and the joy of human connection.

Week 5. Loving your inner child, loving yourself
Week 6. Remembering your gifts and believing in yourself
Closing workshop (end of week 6): Ending the year strong, moving into your next chapter

Who is the host? 👋
This event is run by me, Rebecca Ryder (you can call me Becky), a qualified conscious breathwork and somatic inquiry facilitator, and founder of The Loud Quiet. My business supports curious heart-led souls on their self-discovery journey. Giving you permission to pause, nurturing your inner world and helping you come back to yourself.
I've supported on, and trained in, retreats in Spain, Canada, Morocco and Mexico, holding space for people from around the world. I now love bringing this work to local communities, creating compassionate, uplifting and relaxing spaces for healing and personal growth. 🌬
Breathwork has been pivotal in helping me navigate neurodivergence, pregnancy loss grief, unravelling old pain and wounded stories, and feeling deeply disconnected from my body. I no longer feel overwhelmed by my emotions and know how to support myself with deep presence, day to day and during challenging times. (I'm also still human, just like everyone else.)
