Aylesham Community Action is a grass roots community group preparing for a landmark battle!
Berkeley Homes want to build 16 luxury towers in the middle of Peckham with only 50 social rent homes out of 867.
Thousands have objected to Berkeley's proposals, including our local councillors and MP! Our community campaign convinced Southwark Council to reject Berkeley's application. Yet, Berkeley have brushed this aside, and are now appealing to the Government Planning Inspectorate for planning permission.
