Self-Care for Therapists and Counsellors: A group to bring accountability to your self-care practice
As therapists and counsellors, we understand the value of self-care. We teach it, practice it, and encourage our clients to prioritize it. Yet, when life gets hectic, it's easy for our own self-care to take a backseat. Sound familiar?
Even with all our training and good intentions, maintaining a consistent self-care routine can be challenging. Missed yoga classes, skipped nature walks, and the guilt that follows—it happens to the best of us. If you’ve ever struggled to stay on top of your self-care, you’re not alone.
Join us for a supportive workshop where we’ll explore practical ways to maintain self-care habits that actually stick, even during life's busiest moments. Our monthly Coming Together, Self-Care Group is a warm, nurturing space where we can support and hold each other accountable in building stronger self-care habits that can actually stick.
In our small, supportive group and community, we create a safe space to be open and vulnerable, sharing our ups and downs with fellow therapists and consellors who can really understand and support us. Every month, we come together to explore mindful, creative, nature-inspired, and body-based practices, encouraging each other along the way.
This group isn’t just about self-care—it’s about coming together, finding connections (with both ourselves, our profession and with other therapists) and making lasting, positive changes in our lives.
As numbers are limited, make sure to book your space to avoid disapointment.
I look forward to welcome you on board!
