Fancy taking on real, authentic and original Commando training? Well now you can!
Commando Spirit are giving you the chance to take on the original Commando Endurance Course complete with natural obstacles, mud runs, tunnels and crawls! Sign up now and you will also get a chance to make history as this will be the first time ever that the assault course has been recreated since WW2.
Take part and you’ll discover your own “Commando Spirit” by testing your limits physically and psychologically, against the sort of tests the Commandos undertake to gain their coveted green beret.
On a Commando Spirit challenge you are supported all the way by our Royal Marines as you face some of the most formidable aspects of Commando training and help raise serious sums for those in need. You get a wee glimpse of what the Commandos experience in their training and a little of their spirit will rub off on you – for many this will be life changing.
To date, hundreds of people have tested their mettle against a Commando Spirit challenge raising almost £1M for the Commando Spirit Appeal.
The Commandos were born and trained in the 1940’s, in the remote and rugged Scottish Highlands around Achnacarry Castle. Every aspect of the training at Achnacarry was tough, and so is the landscape; they don’t call it “Commando Country” for nothing.

You will be raising funds for the Commando Spirit Appeal.
We ask all participants to set their own fundraising target and most people set their target at £500 to £1,000 (or even more).
Please remember that this is an endeavour target and also that you have until three months after the event to reach the target you set – we don’t send the boys round if you miss your target but we are miffed if you don’t give it your best shot. It is a fundraising challenge after all!
We are here to support you every step of the way – we can’t do the fundraising for you but we can give you ideas and advice from people who have raised serious sums of money in the past.
We will set up an EverydayHero page for you online and help you to personalise it.
