What is a typical class like?
Our classes are varied for each session just how our clients like it. We use a mixture of bodyweight exercises adding elements of boxercise and circuit training to ensure a fun well rounded session. You can expect to improve your muscle tone and burn fat. Groups are divided to ensure beginners and advanced are all challenged accordingly.
Do i need to be fit?
Our classes cater for all levels from complete beginners up to high levels of fitness. Our personal trainers are trained and skilled to adapt each session to suit the group.
The suration of the session is one hour.
Do the instructors shout at me?
No. Our instructors provide motivational support and guidance throughout the sessions designed to keep the class engaged and challenged throughout.Our instructors have great banter making the class fun and enjoyable with everyone made to feel welcome.
