Lynette Saunders, Senior Analyst at Econsultancy
Lynette boasts a career spanning more than 18 years with commercial experience at the highest level, she is currently a Senior Analyst at Econsultancy, where she works on delivering industry-leading research, briefings and reports for the digital marketing industry. Econsultancy is an international research and training group focused on helping businesses do more digital business. It is an award-winning publisher of research and its data and insight, best practice guides, training and events focus on improving organisations' digital capability, effectiveness and revenue generating potential. Her previous experience has involved responsibility for delivering measurements and insights and improving overall online customer experience for Cancer Research UK and the Royal Mail Group.
Samantha O’Neil, Fenwick Group Digital Content Manager
Samantha has worked across a number of high profile websites, from fashion to retail to women's lifestyle. She has a wealth of experience working on and setting up websites which have a base in strong editorial. Her work experience includes, Fenwick, BHS, Hobbs, House of Fraser, Drapers and ASOS. She has seen her role grow from 'creating pretty features' to using content to inform and curate the shopping experience, to drive conversion and create conversation through all digital communication touchpoints - from social media, to emails, to instore POS.
Ed Bussey, Founder and CEO of Quill
Ed Bussey is Founder and CEO of Quill. Quill specialises in the production of quality content at scale, enabling businesses to use content to drive online engagement and revenues more efficiently. Prior to launching Quill in 2011, Ed was Chief Operating Officer at ZYB, an award-winning mobile social networking pioneer acquired by Vodafone Plc in May 2008. Ed was also part of the founding team and Global Marketing Director of online clothing retailer Figleaves.com, acquired by N Brown Plc in Oct 2010. Ed has held non-executive director, chairman and advisory positions with companies including, Mr. & Mrs. Smith Boutique Hotels, Bauer Media Group, Charles Tyrwhitt, Secretsales and Evans Cycles. Ed began his career in the Royal Navy and subsequently held various security and diplomatic appointments around the world.

Zoe is a multifaceted B2B and B2C marketing professional with 14 years’ experience. She currently leads the Pan-EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) Marketing for the Retail & Leisure and Logistics & Industrial (L&I) sectors at JLL, which between them generate fee revenue of $230m.
