CPD Hours: 1 Compulsory Conveyancing/Group Study

Commercial developments rarely come without title defects. This session will look at common risks which affect developments in Northern Ireland and what can be done to get the deals over the line and developers on site. The usual covenants and easements risks will be explored together with more bespoke issues such as Judicial Review and reserved rights.

Speaker:

This session will be delivered by Kirstin Nee – Head of Scotland and Northern Ireland Dual Asset. Kirstin entered the legal indemnity market straight from Strathclyde School of Law. She has expertise underwriting across the globe and is especially well regarded for her work on high net worth commercial and residential defective title policies across the Celtic jurisdictions. Working with DUAL from the start in Scotland with Miller and Bryce, Kirstin joined the team full time in 2016.

All Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
