Who should attend?

Commercial Licensing is the process of licensing the use of Intellectual Property (IP) assets such as a trade mark or a copyrighted work. It can be a lucrative source of income. This course uses case studies, scenarios and discussions to enable you to navigate the steps required to develop the commercial potential of your assets.

This intermediate course is aimed at participants whose responsibilities include product development, brand and copyright licensing, managing stills and/or film libraries and trade mark management.
