Commited Listening

The Committed Listening webinar focuses on helping participants actively listen to engage and connect with others. To become a truly committed listener mindsets need to shift from believing that listening is about remaining silent while another person speaks, to listening to hearing what the other person has to say and furthermore, to be open to shifting their own point of view.

Intended outcomes for participants include being able to:

• Understand the internal conflict between our own voice and others’ voice and learn how to quieten your own.
• Actively listen and use playback, mirroring, and high impact questions to help others feel heard.
