Common Threads is a peer support space for anyone exploring ADHD. Whether you have a diagnosis, are curious, or have lived experience. This is a welcoming, non-judgmental space to share, listen, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with ADHD.

Each session offers space to share experiences, discuss common challenges, and explore helpful strategies in a relaxed and understanding environment. This Project is a peer lead endeavour, driving community creativity and growth.
Anyone 16 or over who wants to explore ADHD, whether you’re newly curious, self-identified, or have a formal diagnosis.
That’s completely normal. You can come along just to see what it’s like and there’s no obligation to stay the whole time or join in right away.
Yes, mental health & wellbeing support is available if you’d like it. Just speak to a team member at the session.
