Summary:

In our rapidly evolving professional landscape, the ability to communicate effectively across different mediums has never been more critical.

Whether you're engaging with a remote team online, presenting in front of an in-person audience of key stakeholders, or navigating hybrid communication environments, the effectiveness of your communication can influence the outcome of key decisions, galvanise the support of opinion leaders, or align teams around critical organisational priorities, and so

mastering the art of delivering your message with clarity, presence, and impact is essential.

Aim:

This workshop is designed to elevate your communication skills in both virtual and face-to-face communication settings.

Objectives:

In this session, participants will:

• Gain insights into crafting messages that are understood as intended, regardless of the medium
• Learn to adapt your messaging for clarity and effectiveness in both virtual and in-person contexts
• Discover how to enhance your presence in any setting
• Explore how to use body language, adapt vocal delivery, and apply various engagement techniques to command attention, whether you're behind a screen or standing in front of an audience
• Explore strategies for making your communication memorable, including storytelling and emotional connection that resonate with your audience, online and offline
• Receive motivational and developmental feedback to refine your approach and boost your confidence across different platforms

Facilitator

Obi Abuchi is the CEO of CORE Leaders International, Founder of the Personal Mastery Academy, and author of several books, including Leading from Your Core (2021) and The Magic of Monday: A Fable about the Winning Formula for Career Success (2012). He is an NLP Practitioner, 6-phase meditation trainer, resilience coach, and a transformational speaker with an obsession for helping leaders grow in the area of personal mastery.

Obi has coached, trained, and worked with leaders in the private, public and voluntary sector equipping them to improve performance by redefining and shaping how they engage and inspire their people.

For more than two decades, he has been fascinated by the difference that truly effective, inspirational and transformational leaders make to those around them. He’s discovered that the most inspiring leaders have learnt the secret of effective influence - it begins with mastering oneself and channelling one’s ego in the service of others in order to lead in a way that is deeply purposeful, authentic, and courageous.

Now, Obi and his team use their combined knowledge, skills and experience to help seasoned and emerging leaders across the world increase their mental resilience, personal impact, and leadership performance.
